Come To Jesus
Matthew 11:28: Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Matthew 18:3: And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. 19:14 But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
John 5:39: Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. 40 And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.
John 6:37: All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.
John 6:45 It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me.
John 7:37: In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
The first time we come to Jesus we receive Him and eternal life. But we need to come to Him numberless times after that first time.
Hebrews 4:16: Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
How many times do we have times of need? How often do we need mercy, grace and help? Every day, every hour, every moment and every second. And He provides it every time and all the time.
Hebrews 13:5: Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
My not coming to Him it is like saying to Him: I*ll do it myself Lord.
John 15:5: I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
Philippians 4:13: I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
