Continual Guidance 2
Psalm 37:23: The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.
I don*t give very much thought to my steps and I doubt if you do. Our steps are natural and automatic. They take us to places that we HAVE thought about. When I go to the refrigerator, depending upon where I am in my home I probably take on average about 15 steps to and fro. One goal and 15 steps. When I go to the mailbox I probably take about 200 steps to and fro. One goal and 200 steps. The Lord obviously plans and orders a whole lot more than we know about. If the Lord takes responsibility for 200 times more than we do, we REALLY need Him. We probably need Him a few million times more each day than we know about. That truth should humble us and make us truly grateful to Him.
Psalm 37:24: Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.
God knew before the foundation of the world all about my mistakes and times of disobedience. I am so thankful that He even makes allowance for those. He forgives them and continues to guide.
Isaiah 58:11a: And the LORD shall guide thee continually. . . .
